CB90

0.5-1.0

Supower high-content PCBN grade CB90 is particularly suited for machining cast irons, hardened steels, rollers, low carbon steels, etc. Its hot hardness and wear resistance are excellent, whereas it has extremely high shock resistance.

CB50

1.5-2.0

CB50 is a low CBN content PCBN material with fine grain structure, and it is an excellent choice for machining hardened steels. This grade has very good combination of wear resistance and hot-hardness.

CB60

1.5-2.0

CB60 has properties of advantageous hot hardness and superior impact and wear resistance. CB60 is well suited for interrupted machining of various cast irons and some hardened steel components.

CBX20

2.5-3.5

CBX20 has very good wear resistance and hot hardness, and it is mainly applied in high speed machining of hardened steels. A huge amount of this product is being used in Chinese market.

CB100

2.5-3.5

CB100, a medium CBN content PCBN material with medium grain structure, is specifically designed for extremely high wear resistance and toughness. It is recommended to machine various cast irons, while it is also superior in low speed interrupted machining of hardened steels.

CB600

Supower CB600 is a medium grain size PCBN material. Its high CBN content together with a high degree of inter-crystalline bonding provide CB600 with an excellent combination of strength and wear resistance. Typical applications include cast iron and tool steel components.

CB700 is a fine grain size PCBN material. Its high CBN content together with a high degree of inter-crystalline bonding provide CB700 with an excellent combination of strength and wear resistance. It is mainly recommended for high speed machining of cast iron and tool steel components.
